Refund Conditions:

  • If you downloaded the product, you have already gained access, so a full refund is not possible.
  • If you received our support, which is always free, and later request a refund, a support fee and file access fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Additionally, your license will be deactivated. The remaining amount, if any, may be refunded.
  • If you purchased a tool but later claim you didn’t read the terms and policies, that is your responsibility.
  • We clearly state all details in our Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, and Product Description.
  • If you assumed a tool had a function that it does not have, that is not a valid reason for a refund. The features are clearly described before purchase.
  • If you purchased a wrong tool, a refund is not possible, but you may exchange it for another available product (if eligible).

Exchange Option for Digital Products:

  • If you bought the wrong product, we offer a one-time exchange option for an available tool of equal or lesser value.
  • If the exchanged tool costs less, the remaining amount will not be refunded, but we will ensure you receive full value in the exchanged product.
  • If the exchange is completed, a refund is no longer possible.

Refund Conditions for Services:

  • Once a service is purchased and delivered, a refund is not possible.
  • If you purchased the wrong service, we offer a one-time exchange option for another service of the same value.
  • If the exchanged service costs less, the remaining amount will not be refunded, but we will provide the full service value in the exchanged service.
  • Exchange is only possible if the service has not yet started. You must contact support before the service begins to request an exchange.
