Lifetime Updates & Maintenance Policy

If you purchase any of our tools, bots, scripts, or software, and we have stated “lifetime updates are free” or “lifetime possible updates are free,” this means:

• If a tool stops working and an update can fix the issue, we will provide a free update for the specific PC where it is licensed and running.
• However, if a tool stops working and there is no possible way for us to fix it, then an update cannot be provided because the solution does not exist.
• The term “lifetime” means that the files you receive can be used indefinitely on your licensed PC. It does not mean that we will provide updates for as long as you are alive.
• If a tool has an issue and a fix is available while we are actively running our business, we will surely provide the necessary updates.
• If an error or bug arises and fixing it is possible, but the owner or team members are no longer alive, then further updates will not be possible.

We clearly state this in our terms, and by purchasing, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these conditions. That’s why we provide an option to review and accept the terms on the checkout page.

This policy ensures full transparency, making it 100% ethical, legal, and halal while setting clear expectations about what “lifetime updates” mean, preventing any misunderstandings.

 

Order Claim Policy & Abandoned Orders

If a person purchases a product or service but it has not been delivered yet, the following conditions apply:

1. For Tools, Software, and Digital Products:

• If a user purchases a tool but does not receive the files or tutorials automatically, they are required to contact us using the contact details provided on our Contact page.
• If the user does not reach out, we do not immediately keep their money. Instead, we will proactively notify them via the official email used for order confirmation, informing them that their tool files, activation details, and any other relevant information are pending collection.
• If there is no response, we will send follow-up reminders periodically for a total of 6 times over six months (half a year), urging them to claim their order.
• If the user still does not respond within six months, despite multiple notifications, the amount is considered abandoned and will be retained by Kenzabyte for future use.
• If the user contacts us within six months, we will provide them with the necessary files, tutorials, and guidance on how to use the tool.
• If the tool has not been downloaded or used yet, the user may also request an exchange. In such cases, they should refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

 

2. For Marketing or Service-Based Orders:

• If a user places an order for a service (e.g., premium membership, followers for their profile, etc.) but provides incorrect, incomplete, or missing details required for delivery, we will not proceed with the order until the correct information is provided.
• We will notify and remind them via email or any available contact method, requesting the necessary details.
• If the user does not respond within six months, the amount will be considered abandoned and may be retained by Kenzabyte.
• If the user contacts us within six months, they may provide the correct details, and we will process their service accordingly.
• If the user wants to exchange the service instead of proceeding with the original order, this may be possible, subject to our Refund Policy.
